This document governs the use of SIGNSET, a service operated by Altezza Pictures LLC.
1.Acceptance of the terms
By accessing and using SIGNSET (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Service is operated and managed by Altezza Pictures LLC.
To access the platform, providing a valid email address and consenting to receive marketing and product communications is a mandatory requirement. We use the third-party service Hostinger Reach to manage these contacts and communications. The information subsequently used to build the signature is not sent to Reach.
2.Description of the service
SIGNSET provides a free tool for the creation, customization, and export of professional email signatures.
In the future, new features may be added, which could have a cost or require a membership.
3.Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service exclusively for lawful purposes. It is strictly prohibited to use SIGNSET to impersonate third parties, generate fraudulent content, or distribute malicious material.
4.User content
You retain all rights to the information, logos, and photographs you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a temporary and limited license exclusively to process, host it on Cloudinary, and display it in your email signature so that email clients can render it properly.
5.Intellectual property
The design, source code, logos, and trademark of SIGNSET are the exclusive property of Altezza Pictures LLC. Reproduction or distribution without express authorization is not permitted.
6.Limitation of liability
SIGNSET is provided "as is" and "as available". Altezza Pictures LLC does not guarantee that the service will be free of interruptions or compatibility errors across all email clients, and will not be liable for data loss, loss of profit, or any damage arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
7.Changes to these terms
