1.Privacy Commitment

We handle personal information responsibly and only for the purposes described in this policy. Altezza Pictures LLC operates this service.

2.Information we collect

Contact information: When using SIGNSET to create your signature, we collect your email address. Consent to receive marketing communications is a mandatory requirement to access the platform; we save your email and proof of acceptance for this purpose, though you can unsubscribe at any time.

Signature data: The fields you enter (name, job title, company) and the images you upload are processed exclusively to generate your signature. We do not store this data permanently; it only resides temporarily in your session, or images are hosted in the cloud strictly to function.

Technical information: When using the platform, the server temporarily processes the IP address obtained from the request to apply security controls.

3.Cloudinary

To ensure your signature photo or logo displays correctly in any email client, we need to host them on the web. We use Cloudinary for this purpose. The images you upload receive a public URL embedded in your HTML code. We do not recommend uploading confidential images.

4.Google Analytics 4

Only if you give us your consent via the notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic, understand product usage, and improve SIGNSET.

Analytics is configured not to collect or send Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to Google. This tool operates independently of your signature information and resources.

5.Data retention

SIGNSET does not save your signatures in a centralized database.

If you upload a photo or logo, these files are hosted on Cloudinary so your signature works permanently. If you subscribed to updates, we keep your email until you decide to unsubscribe.

6.Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction, deletion, and withdraw your marketing consent at any time by emailing legal@altezzapictures.com.
